About our Application Preparation Service

This is how it works:

1. Complete the straight forward questionnaire below which will provide the basic information we need to be able to prepare your application.

2. Click 'Submit'. You will then be taken to a payment page where you can make payment using either our secure server or PayPal.(£150)

3. Once payment is made you will be assigned a lawyer who will send you an email to acknowledge your instructions. Your application will then be prepared (usually within 24 hours) and sent to you as an email attachment for approval.

4. In most cases you will then have a telephone conference or email correspondence with your lawyer to discuss your application, any further information needed or questions you may have.

4. Once you are both satisfied with the application it will be sent to you either by post or email to approve and sign.

5. The application can then be lodged with the court. We provide a guide to how the court will deal with the application and are always available by telephone or e-mail should you require further help.
